Barbour is a British company that made a name for themselves producing, very highend, hunting clothing (beginning with wax ladies barbour jacket cotton jackets), has since moved into other clothing, all staying true to their original business theme (foul weather gear) including sweaters, socks, bags and more. This branch, by Peter Elliot, is very nicely run. it's below the sidewalk, keeping the store pretty quiet.. but with only a few staff members on at a time, it works out well for those shopping. There prices are pretty reasonable; and i've been happy with the service each time i've gone in; a good place to browse for your next jacket, and even to consider buying.
